Online Application Form

A $75.00* non-refundable fee must accompany this application. Please complete the credit card payment portion located at the end of the application. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Please Note:

This application is valid for 30 days from the date of acceptance. If you do not finish the application process, within 30 days, you will have to reapply for future enrollment and will be subject to a $75.00 re-evaluation fee at that time. Finishing the application process means sending all paperwork needed for evaluation, for example: copies of all official transcripts; training certificates; resume etc.

International Students: Please make sure you read the International Student FAQ before applying. If you have transcripts from a country outside of the U.S., it may take longer than 30 days to request them and have them evaluated by NACES.

Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) Students:Please make sure you read the Ed.D. Program Requirements page before applying. The Ed.D. degree programs require professional experience related to the field of education and a master’s degree. In addition, you must submit a resume, and a writing sample detailing your background and interest in the field of education as a part of the application process. Click here to view information on the required writing sample. The $75 application fee is non-refundable. This applies to incomplete applications and applicants who are not accepted in to the program.
