CCU keeps up-to-date on quality standards and governmental regulations by regularly attending all DEAC workshops and conferences, along with completing online training.

CCU was active in 2018 attending a variety of Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) events including the Spring Annual Conference and the Fall Workshop, along with various other accreditation activities through the year.

As the accreditor for California Coast University, the Distance Education Accrediting Committee (DEAC) holds a conference and workshop each year in various locations around the country. CCU regularly attends all of the workshops and conferences, along with completing online training.
